WATER SUPPLY UPDATE
Water supply disruptions in the Motherwell reservoir zone should now be resolved with the reservoir level at 87%.
Chelsea reservoir is 11% and most residents in this zone should have water supply with an exception of the high-lying areas.
High-lying areas that are fed from Greenbushes reservoir are still experiencing low water pressure and water disruptions due to the reservoir levels being critically low.
The City is currently checking if previously affected areas now have water supply. Updates on the status of these preceding zones will be communicated after reservoir levels are confirmed around midday
We thank residents for their continued patience and apologize for the inconvenience caused.

WATER SUPPLY UPDATE.
Water supply disruptions are still being experienced in parts of the City. The repair at the Nooitgedagt Water Treatment Works was completed around 22h00 last night.
Motherwell reservoir is at 7% and the area still has no water supply. We are currently pumping 81 megalitres per day at Stanford Road pump station. We are also manually checking the storage levels of the Despatch reservoirs.
Water trucks are being deployed to the affected areas.
