Loadshedding increased to STAGE 4 from 17H00 to 22H00.

DAILY WATER OUTLOOK UPDATE.
There have been no significant changes with the reservoir levels as Bloemendal, Rosedale and Straundale reservoirs are still at 0% the areas in those zones are still experiencing water supply disruptions.
Kwanobuhle Reservoir 2 is at 1.36% and the reservoir zone will be experiencing water disruptions. The areas affected include Kwanobuhle Area 1, 2, 3 and Ramaphosa Area 5.
Chelses reservoir is at 89.70 % and there will be no low pressure in the reservoir zone.

DAILY WATER OUTLOOK UPDATE
The Municipality wishes to update residents that the Gelvandale resirvoir is at 0%. This reservoir zone will be experiencing water supply disruptions. The affected areas include Algoa Park, Bethelsdorp, Gelvandale, Ibhayi, New Brighton and Swartkops.
Kwanobuhle Reservoir 2 is at 0% and this reservoir zone will be experiencing water supply disruptions in KwaNobuhle Area 1, 2, 3 and Ramaphosa Area 5.
Rosedale reservoir is at 0% and the reservoir zone will be experiencing water supply disruptions Rosedale, Kabah, Langa and some parts of Kariega.
Straundale reservoir is also at 0% and the reservoir zone will be experiencing water disruptions in KwaZakhele, New Brighton, Kwanoxolo and parts of Ibhayi.
Kwanobuhle Reservior 4 is at 24.02% and the reticulation is stable. There are currently no water disruptions in the reservior zone.
Water trucks are being deployed and their locations will be communicated via the NMBM social media platforms and can be enquired about by calling the Service Delivery Call Centre at 0800 20 5050.

DAILY WATER OUTLOOK UPDATE
Due to the severe drought the Metro is currently experiencing, we cannot meet our demand and this is causing various water shortages.
The water reticulation is stable in the Western suburbs with Chelsea reservoir currently at 17%.
There is a possibility of water disruptions occuring in the Greenbushes reservoir zone as Greenbushes reservior is sitting at 9%. Areas that may be experiencing water disruptions in this zone include Colleen Glen and St. Albans.
The Gelvandale reservoir is also experiencing water disruptions as the reservoir has no water and is at 1%. Areas experiencing water disruptions include Algoa Park, Zwide, New Brighton and parts of KwaZakhele.
The Straundale zone is stable and no water disruptions will be experienced as the reservoir is at 18%.
Water supply in KwaNobuhle is stable with the exception of Reservoir Two zone with levels at 1%.
Rosedale zone is also currently experiencing water disruptions with the reservoir level at 0% and as a result, the Rosedale area is experiencing water disruptions.
Water trucks have been deployed to the locations below:
1.Xuma Avenue, KwaNobuhle.
2.Corner of Nkulu Street & Siwasa Street
3.Roaming in Joe Slovo
4.Corner of Mabandla Road and Poswa Creasant
5.Roaming in Kuyga
6.Caltex, Greenbushes
7.Roaming in Helenvale
8.Roaming in Gelvandale
9.Kamma Crossing Mall

PLANNED WATER SUPPLY SHUTDOWN FOR REPAIR ON BLOEMENDAL PIPELINE.
The Municipality wishes to inform residents that repairs will be carried out on the Bloemendal 700mm diameter outlet pipeline on Saturday, May 14, 2022.
The following areas will be affected by the repair work:
1.Booysens Park
2.Chatty
3.Timothy Valley
4.Kwanoxolo
5.Bloemendal
6.Jacksonville
Water tankers will be provided and will be roaming in the affected areas.
It is anticipated that the work will be completed later the afternoon.

18H00-20H30: Group 6,11;
20H00-22H30: Group 7,12.
STAGE 2 loadshedding implemented from 17H00 to 22H00.
