We are aware of problems being experienced while using Google Chrome to access the IVR services, this is as a result of the change to their security settings.
1. Please use Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge to access the IVR services portal.
2. Alternatively: Download the NMBM mobile application from Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (Apple IOS) onto your mobile device. Use your IVR PIN to access all of the services.
3. For those customers that do not use smart phones, you can still use the IVR Services portal by bypassing the Chrome security settings.
